What comes first?
The Consultation is the first thing we need to do to ensure we understand exactly what you want, collect all the important details about you and ensure you have all the information you need before buying the treatment.
The consultation takes only about 15-20 minutes. While your at the consultation we will give you an information pack & consent form to read which can also be found on the website. If you download and bring it to the consultation completed that is a great way to save a bit of time.
Ronika can talk through the various styles that will best suit your contours and pencil your preferred design directly onto your eyebrows to help you visualize the final look.

Eyebrow design
This is where the magic starts and Thuy can show off her artistry. After the consultation the geometry of your face will be measured and a unique eyebrow design will be super imposed onto your existing eyebrows. With a few tweaks here and there Thuy will perfect the design ready for your approval. We will take a couple of photos before and after the temporary design so we can refer back to them prior to the final application.

On the day of your treatment ensure you allow yourself plenty of time for the treatment and arrive 10 minutes early. There is not much to do accept stay away from spray tanning just before and don't get sun burnt that may postpone your treatment.
Thuy will take you through the process and make sure you are feeling comfortable before starting.
The treatment uses 2 types of topical anesthetics so the pain is kept to an irritation at best. Once the treatment starts just sit back, relax and let Thuy transform your eyebrows. Once the treatment is complete ensure you follow all the care and maintenance instructions to get the best result and heal the quickest.
We use an Organic ink product that is healthiest for your skin. All equipment is sterilized or is used once and disposed of.

After care is very important for producing a beautiful and lasting result.

It’s important not to get the brows wet during the healing process (5 - 7 days).

Use clear antibiotic ointment for 24 hours, then switch to Vaseline/healing balm for the remaining 4 days. Apply the aftercare healing balm with freshly washed hands or a Q-tip/cotton swab. Use the balm very sparingly. Too little is better than too much. Blot off excess with a clean tissue. Never touch the procedure area without washing your hands immediately before, ensure that nothing is left on the brow.

After 7 days keep the area clean by washing with freshly washed hands and a mild soap. Do not use a washcloth or sponge to remove soap. Simply splash with water. Do not use cleansing creams, acne cleansers or astringents. Use a mild, natural soap.

Do not scrub, rub or pick at the epithelial crust that forms. Allow it to flake off by itself. If it is removed before it is ready the pigment underneath it can be pulled out.

Do not use any makeup near the procedure area for at least 5 days.

Use a sun block after the procedure area is healed to protect from sun fading.
